Dear Potential New Members, 

Welcome to Spring 2025 Recruitment! 

Thank you for showing interest in Delta Sigma Pi, the nation’s largest and first co-ed professional business fraternity. With over 60 years of history at Loyola Marymount University, our organization was founded on the pillars of professionalism, community service, scholarship, and brotherhood, which we continue to live out to this day. All of the brothers in this chapter strive to be the best versions of themselves both personally and professionally, and it’s an exciting energy to be around. 

When I first arrived at LMU, I was a freshman business undecided major hoping to grow professionally, solidify my career goals, and find my place on campus. Looking back, the decision to join Delta Sigma Pi was the pivotal moment early in my college career that led me to accomplish all of these hopes and so much more. DSP provided me with the resources and opportunities to explore what major and career I feel passionate about pursuing through speaker events, networking events, and in-depth conversations with students in every major. My experience in DSP has helped me decide to declare my marketing major and business law minor, join M-School, pursue law school, and more recently complete two successful law firm internships. Since taking on a few of the many leadership opportunities available in DSP, my confidence in my ability to lead others has grown exponentially. Most importantly, DSP brought me many of my highest quality friendships at LMU. I’m incredibly proud to be a part of, and now lead, this community of motivated individuals who constantly push each other to become the most professional, kind, successful, confident versions of ourselves. 

Over the next two weeks, I hope you gain an understanding of our chapter’s values, our strong community of members with a wide variety of interests and passions, and our ultimate goal of supporting each other in reaching our professional and personal goals in college and far beyond. Recruitment will provide you with the opportunity to make new connections and envision the positive impact you could have on our organization.
